During the period 2025-2026, a number of new hotels will open in Dubai, including luxury properties such as Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai and Six Senses The Palm, as well as unique projects, such as Kempinski Floating Palace and Baccarat Hotel & Residences. Hotel openings in various price categories and styles are also expected, including family, urban and spa complexes.
Expected openings in 2025-2026:
1. Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai: part of the Wasl Tower complex, includes 259 rooms, 224 residences, spa, restaurants and rooftop bar.
2. Kempinski Floating Palace: floating hotel with floating villas in the open sea.
3. Six Senses The Palm, Dubai: the brand's first property in the United Arab Emirates, offering rooms, residences, a spa and longevity clinic on the island of Palm Jumeirah.
4. Baccarat Hotel & Residences: luxury residences.
5. The Lana – Dorchester Collection: A new hotel in the city center.
6. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab: Another hotel of the Jumeirah chain, which will open in 2025-2026.
7. Delano Dubai: A new hotel, which will offer unique services and atmosphere.
8. Mama Shelter Dubai: Positioned as an elegant hotel.
9. Dubai Mall: Located in the heart of Dubai, it offers luxurious rooms and a unique design.
