In November 2025, the 5* Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara will become a hub for fine dining and cultural discovery. The ‘Feast of the Worlds: Omani Tastes Meet Michelin Stars’ festival promises to transform every evening into an unforgettable culinary journey, where world-renowned chefs combine the art of gastronomy with Oman’s rich heritage. Against the backdrop of the azure coast of Salalah, guests can enjoy: dinners with distinguished three-Michelin-starred chefs, cultural evenings, themed buffets and interactive food shows.

Main events of the festival

Michelin dinner at Mekong restaurant

November 12 – "Symphony of Taste" by Jacob Jan Burma (Netherlands, 3★ Michelin).
November 15 – “The Tendency to Perfection” by Christian Jürgens (Germany, 3★ Michelin).
These evenings will offer guests a refined menu, live music, and impeccable service.
Special evenings with the resort's chefs:

1) Ravivan Kahavan: Taste of Mekong (5 courses) – November 3, 10, 17; Far East Night Buffet – November 5, 19.
2) Sufian Akhtar: Flavors of the Spice Route – November 4, 11, 18 (Sakalan).
3) Andrea Carrone: Taste of the Arabian Ocean – November 6, 20 (Al Mina).
4) Ammar Al Harti and Khalud Abdullah Jamal Hazana: Omani Nights – November 7, 21 (Sakalan).
