The hotel was opened in 2000. Renovation in 2017 – all rooms in the main building and the Villas area; in 2019 – 2020 – all rooms in the Residence Area. It consists of a three-story main building, which has two wings (the seaside area) and a complex of 30 two-story buildings: Villas (AQ buildings) and Residence. In total, the hotel has 378 rooms of different categories. In the main building there are rooms of the Superior Room, Superior Room with Sea View, Junior Suite categories. In the two-story buildings in the Villas area – Standard Rooms, Deluxe Family Rooms. In the two-story buildings in the Residence Area – Standard Rooms, Deluxe Family Rooms, Family Suite.
